Little Elms has very little external funding, so we rely on the support of our parents and friends in the community.

We are sponsored by local businessman Andy Wright and his company Clayden Financial. We also won a great deal of fundraising support in 2007 from villager Stuart Sumner and his colleagues at DHL, who took part in all sorts of stunts to help us redevelop our garden area.

However, the majority of our support comes from fundraising by a committee of parents who are dedicated to helping us provide a high standard of care for the children.

While the staff organise and run the day-to-day activities, the committee is responsible for policies, business administration and raising vital cash to buy new equipment and toys. It is a crucial part of the organisation’s future because it is only through sponsorship and events that Little Elms can continue to provide this high standard of supervision.

If you would like to get involved in helping at any of our events or if you would like to do something to raise money for Little Elms –one father did a parachute jump for the pre-shool – then please speak to any of our staff or committee members.
